According to the present rapid development of CFD, this thesis analyzes CFD applying to HVAC. And now CFD is widely used in this way. It is important to develop CFD application software with independence intellectual property in our country. But it will restrict the development and application of CFD software with independence intellectual property if having no preprocessing software with goodwill interface and stronger function. The quality of grid directly affects the precision of numerical simulation and the convergence of numerical compute, Furthermore, this effect is even crucial in many instances. On this base, the author proposed a task to develop a soft of CFD preprocessing.This paper first introduces the development status of mesh automatic generation technique at present, and analyzes the importance of CFD preprocessing technique. The author also discusses some problems now existing in the software of CFD preprocessing, brings forward to a method of three-dimension multigrid automatic generation based on rule hexahedral to generate grids, and compiles the procedure code. Running this program can generate two data files. The one saves the coordinates of the grid nodes, to display the graphics of grid; the other saves boundary conditions of the grid nodes which can be transferred by the program of solver. The author develops the User Interface of preprocessing soft based on the Windows platform. It is easy to maintain and upgrade this software as the object-oriented program is used to compile the procedure code. The use method of this User Interface is introduced in detail and the HELP FILE is also designed so that the user can easily master it. The author also realizes the interface of this soft and Tecplot soft, displays the grid graphics on Tecplot soft, this forms a basic software platform. This preprocessing software can realize mesh automatic generation of rule hexahedral, can generate well-proportioned and non- well-proportioned grids. This soft can also realize the function of grid local refining. At last, the author proves the applicability of this preprocessing software by some examples.
