Day Ahead N-1 Security Reschedule Based On Sensitivity In Power Market

Transmission congestion often happens in electric market, which restrict the advance of market efficiency to a great deal. So it is of practical and theory significance to design congestion management measure that is feasible to technology and is reasonable.This dissertation introduced the representative innovation of electricmarket in foreign country , the east-china electric market and the direct current sensitive factors . especially expatiated FuJian supervise system on ATC(available transfer capability) .This dissertation also analysed congestion management and day ahead N-1 security for the FuJian system base on the east-china electric market.Under competitive environment of the deregulated power system, the operation mode of the system changes very often. The possibility for power system congestion is becoming higher and higher. Taking into account the characteristic of the day ahead market operation, day ahead N-l security reschedule linear programming model and algorithm is proposed based on sensitivity. In the proposed model, the generation power is consisted by bidding part and contract part. The control variables for relieving the system congestion in the model are bidding generation power, contract generation power, important load power and non-important load power. However, in the objective function, different control variable is given different weight factor. In order to reduce the dimension of the linear programming, some kind of criterion is used to select the branches and sections to be included in the constraint equation. Practical system analysis validates the proposed method.The soft base on this theory had been put to use in FuJian province Electric Power Company .It had been shown that these approaches are practical, robust and valid. This is the useful explore how to think about network security constraints and day ahead N-l security in power market.With the development of power market and improvement of market rulers in our country,we should deeply research on this aspect.
