Grating Measuring Instrument With Small Range

For measuring inside diameter of barrel, it is put forward that a project on grating instrument with small range that combining grating sensor with data processing technology, with which automatically detection and assessment with inside diameter of barrel which can be true in this paper.The function and classification of Rifling is introduced, combined with which characteristic, the actualization project of grating measuring instrument is choose, the design project of the important modulus is put forward, the precision of this instrument is analyzed, the choice, direction, subdivision etc. of the grating sensor is discussed elaborately, in the end its measuring circuit and the data processing system is also discussed in this paper.Technical index of the instrument attained: measuring range Φ25 ~ Φ85mm, linear relatively measuring range—0.5~4.0mm, detect precision 0.008mm, measuring depth 0~ 6m, depth precision 0.5mm.If it is modified in some sort, this instrument also can be promoted to the detection of the bore accessory diameter.
