A sub-munitions experiment unit eagerly need one kind of measure system,which is small,portable, economical, convenience and exact.The system can track the airship and get the external trajectory of the terminal-correction missile.With the data feedback of the measure system,the collectivity department can review and improve missile integrate capability,ensure the accomplishment of the experiment mission.To develop the system, the scheme of building a PC-based real-time surveillance system for location of 3-dimensional objects is proposed. Some critical technologies of the system are solved. The system is developed successfully. The work of the dissertation is showed below:1) Designed the collectivity project of mearsure mission.Ensure the optical measurement method and the flow of the project.2) Through analyze the real-time operating system and image grabber, a platform for real-time video processing is created.3) Study in the hardware needed for image storage,then introduce the method of image storage in hard disk or EMS memory.4) Combined experiment image,an algorithm for recognizing the cross and terminal-correct missile under complex background is presented.5) A simple modle for determining the 3_D position of objects is created,then get the airship's real-time position and the terminal-corret missile's external trajectory.6) Simply introduced the Photogrammetry and aerodynamics equation,then a new method based on Monocular Photogrammetry in Photogrammetry and Aerodynamics Equation in Aerodynamics was presented and realized.
