| With the development of industry, energy consumption is growing lager and environmental polluttion is going from bad to worse. However, boiler is an important energy conversion device, Due to coal burning boiler's serious polluttion , fuel boilers have get well developed. Due to the fuel used by the fuel boiler has characteristics of vast explosion and various load, fuel boiler adopts auto control.The duties of control system are keeping water level , temparature, pressure, oxygen content in smoke , etc physical parameters within the setting range, and automatically adjusting the load's change. Then making the boiler reliable and economical operation.In this paper, the composition and structure of oil boiler and its production process and technology is first introduced. Then the dynamic behaviors of oil boiler object are studied. In the end , burning control system, water level control system and constant pressure oil supply system are introduced.Water level control adopts double water level automatic control, when boiler's water level reachs low level, automatic open water pump to supply boiler water; when water level reachs high level, then stop water pump. For burning control system , mainly maintaining the steam pressure , burning economy and furnace pressure in a certain range. Controller guarantees all index in reasonable range though regulating fuel amount , air output , air input when having external disturbance .Constant pressure oil supply control system adopts PLC/Converter scheme.The system applies advanced Siemens programmable and configuration software. This system is of simple structure, reliable operation. |
