The air conditioning system of the experimental animal room belongs to cleaning air conditioning, compared with comfortable air-conditioning, its energy consumption is relatively great, because of its unique operation way, that is, air conditioning system run 24 hours continuously, it requires a large number of fresh air to remove niff and ammonia that the experimental animal produced, so the energy consumption of the fresh air makes very heavy proportion in the whole systematic energy consumption of air conditioning. It is found that usually the load of fresh air accounts for 40%~70%. In the design of air conditioning system of experimental animal room, the air change rate has become the controversial point presently. Analyze from the theory of airflow distribution, when the air change rate reach to a certain amount, the air change rate will affect cleanliness lightly, the specific data about air change rate on air conditioning systematic energy consumption is not yet clear at present. Usually many air conditioning designers adopt heavy number of air change rate to ensure the precision. On recovering the exhausted-air energy from the experimental animal room, the previous research only apply the less simple method, for instance the research of energy consumption only in some typical meteorological condition, the research is not persuasive and valuable. In the virtual project, the majority systems have not the exhaust energy recovery, which caused the waste of a large number of low-grade energy.
