Technology Research And Application On Equipment Examine And Repair For Power Plant

The maintenance strategy with status maintenance as a dominant factor is proposed by analyzing world wide advanced maintenance theory and maintenance systems while combining actual situation of current maintenance management works of thermal power generation units in China. The author also proposed the supervision program dominated by spot detection system, so as to conduct research on decision making of equipment maintenance types and set up a decision making model. Based on the status maintenance strategy, the design ideas and skeletons of maintenance decision supporting system is proposed so that power generation cost can be lowered by optimization of maintenance and market competitive capability of thermal power generation units can be also upgraded.
