Bolting, as a kind of effective anchoring technology, has been widely used in the field of rock and soil. But the research about this aspect still stays on theories and tests of model. With the development of numerical simulation, a new method is provided for the research and estimate of anchoring engineering. Based on the principle of displacement equivalence and strength equivalence, using numerical analysis program, this paper introduces the numerical simulation study of equivalent parameters about bolted rock mass, which supplies a new thinking method for the numerical analysis of anchoring technology.Firstly, this paper looked back the research situation about anchoring technology, and generalized methods of numerical simulation and posed some questions. Secondly, the paper analyzed different methods of numerical simulation about bolt and compared their similarities and differences together with their applicable range. At the same time, it introduced FLAC-3D, which is widely used in the rock field at present, and analyzed the simulation technology about bolt .Then, using the program FLAC3D, this paper carried out the numerical simulation study of equivalent parameters about bolted rock mass. Many tests of numerical simulation are made using different bolted designing schemes. According to the result of numerical simulation, this paper qualitatively estimated the timbering parameter. By the method of multivariate linear regression, the paper gained the approximate formula concerning two influence factors (L/R andφ/D). Through testing, it is reliable. At the end, the paper analyzed the anchoring project of Lang Ya Shan power-house.The application of the approximate formula much simplified the workload and difficulty of numerical simulation. Compared with the monitoring result, it indicates that this formula is feasible. At the same time, the reasonable estimate about the stability of wall rock and timbering parameter supplies designers and builders with the beneficial reference.
