Research On Safety Technique Of All Composite Cylinders For The On-board Storage Of Compressed Natural Gas As A Fuel For Automotive Vehicles

All composite cylinders for the on-board storage of compressed natural gas as a fuel for automotive vehicles(CNG-4 ) are new type cylinders,the research on safety technique of them is emphasis of researchers' study.The emphases of these papers are design on the strength , the curing test by DDA and the infraspection for composite cylinders.Through calculating the total circle ultimate load of the the bundles on cylinders' body, we have discovered that the value is lower than mini load of the standard and design paper. We have made sure that the bundles on head are only seven layers between r₀₁ and r₀₂ , the total ultimate load of them is lower than allowable mini load and the stresses ratio of the bundles on the cylinders is lower than allowable mini value too.In these papers , we have designed the testing and controlling system of the curing degree of composite cylinders.
