Abstract/Summary:
Since the beginning of reform and opening up, economic are growing rapidly, the process of urbanization accelerated, Megalopolis and Ecumenopolis emerged. However the gap between china and developed countries even the world average still exists. Our urbanization process will continue for a considerable period. Accelerated urbanization process called for the strengthening of the planning and construction of transportation network urgently. And we need improve the efficiency of urban land use. The issues of urban transport and land use became a reasonable bottleneck in regional development and sustainable development. Therefore, scientific and rational urban planning, which determine traffic characters and the relationship between land use and traffic, has important theoretical and practical significance. Especially it's useful in the research of the sustainable development of cities and region. Chinese urbanization progress could be improving successfully.Through making a comprehensive view of the study of dynamical and international development, the article studies the reality of urban traffic and land use. After master the current trends, the article makes a research from the angle of theory and practice based on space syntax theory seriously. In theory, at first, the basic concepts and principles of space syntax theory are introduced briefly. Also, this article clarifies the mechanisms of space cognition. The theory integrate he consciousness of sensing person to Euclidean distance. At second, author amends the theory of space syntax appropriately in view of the characteristics of the developing countries. Moreover, this paper advanced two new concepts: connective capacity (CCi) and compositive ability (CAi). variables. At last, study found that people can't understand three space partition methods well.
