Certain Missile Weapon System is an advanced ground-air missile weapon system of low altitude and super low altitude that took our nation. This missile weapon system has been delivered successively in terms of many lots to our troops for affording on-duty, training and maneuver of our national defense, since it was finalized the design. 6A7-I Safety Initiation Detonation Apparatus is the important part of this missile, connecting between the executive circuit of fuse and the series of detonation transfer of the projectile nose, and use for completing the mission of safety and removal safety of fuse and promptly initiating the series of detonation transfer of the projectile nose. During the flying test of sampling and checking of the Missile Lot 06, they continuously take place no detonation when two missiles meet with the target, then they still take place non-detonation after sending out the order of the missile self-destruction. We find out the reason that caused the flying trouble of the missile by performing analysis for factors that safety initiation detonation apparatus in Lot 06 missile flying test may result in trouble; and aiming at the factors that may result in trouble, we perform improvement in the fields of technology and eliminate the hidden danger that similar problems occur again.
