Coupling through apertures is one of the important approaches that theelectromagnetic pulse enters into an electronic system. Therefore the researchon theelectromagneticpulsecouplingthroughaperturesisnecessary.Based on the theoretical model of the electromagnetic wave through apertures, the mathematic formulation of the sine electromagnetic wave coupling throughapertures was gained via Maxwell equations. After the sine- wave passes the littleaperture, the relation curves of the electric-filed strength varying with time wereobtained in conditions of the different distance, aperture area, entrance angle andfrequency of the entrance wave. Then the electromagnetic pulse wave wasdecomposed and composed using the Fourier series. Finally, the simulation curves ofthe electric-filed strength related to time were obtained when the electromagneticpulse couples through apertures. The results show that the electric-filed strengthdecreases with the increasing of the distance, increases with the increasing of thearea and decreases with the increasing of the entrance angle, after theelectromagneticpulsepassestheapertures. The experiment research on the electromagnetic pulse coupling throughapertureswasdone.Anexperimentalsystemofsimulatingelectromagneticpulsewasestablished, and its pulse source, irradiator of electric-filed, terminal adapter andcontrol circuit ofthesimulatorweredesigned. In ordertomeasuretheoutput voltageof the simulator, a measuring system of pulse voltage divider was designed and theactual voltage curve was gained. Bymeans of the experimental system of simulatingelectromagnetic pulse, the experiment on the effect of the electromagnetic pulsecoupling through apertures was made in different experimental conditions, theexperimental curves and spectrums oftheinductionvoltageofthecrystalaffectedbythe electromagnetic pulse coupling through apertures were gained in the generatingcircuit of the oscillated signal. The tendencyof experimental curves is similar withsimulation.Theanalytical methodforanalyzingthe electromagneticpulse couplingthrough...
