As one of universal machine, single-screw air compressors is an ideal air-supplying equipment which is used widely in the industry of petroleum, mine, railway, mechanics, construct, chemical and electric. Its running state influences all the reliability and efficiency of power plant directly. So fault diagnosis has pretty important actual meaning.In this paper, the object is fault diagnosis of single-screw air compressor, and the whole research work is based on this. At the beginning, the paper introduces the basic knowledge of fault diagnosis and signal processing, importance and developing situation. Then we made a introduce of Single-screw air compressor, the internal structure and operating principle, represent the fault diagnosis of its basic component and the gear wheel's running state in frequency domain and time domain.This paper take DLG single-screw air compressors which developed by Jinhao company as the specific study object. After consideration, we set gaging points at the electric engine, gears, screw arbor' s exhaust valve cap and the basement of the single-screw air compressor. We adopted the digital signal processing methods to acquire the vibration and noise signals. We used the methods of time-domain analysis, transfer function and coherence function in frequency-domain analysis and cepstrum analysis to process the signals. We also present the recommendations to improve the processing technology. |
