The quantity of NOx emissied from coal's burning process is one of the most important standard that judge if a power plant have the competitive ability. The advanced degree of control technology, the degree of it pollution and the cost of both of these two, they affect each of them and restrict one anther. But compared with smoke pollution SO2, the research of NOx on tech-economic character and its effect has never been particular and systemate, make the application feasibility of low NOx control technology has not been well classed.By the way of searching, analysising and cleaning up the low NOx control technology, sum up these technology's technics character, mature degree, applicated outstanding achievement, original investment, function cost and so on from two sides of technology analysis and economic analysis. Reflect comprehensively each control technology's advantage, disadvantage, their applicated field and foreground of their development. By this way, it can well guide the power plant for this that they can choose the technology to low the NOx emission according to their condition, make themselves achieve the country's environment standard by comfortable investment.To provide reference for that the power plant can adopt convenient rebuild measure, comprehensively collet and analysis 125MW burner's function actuality and their emission actuality of NOx from three aspects including character of coal, boiler's structure parameter, function mode, get the affect and economic domino effect of each aspects to the NOx emission.In the study, by doing experiment in the bench scale furnace, it describe the influence of the particle of coal on the NOx emission. Choose different coal and compare their combustion character under different particle of coal, analyzing the relationship of NOx emission and each particle of coal, and the effect from fuel character, Using the smoke analysis apparatus to achieve the NOx distributing character. On the anther hand, discussed the consumption of milling, particle of coal, exhaust of NOx, and the relation of these three, and analyzed it that when pulverized coal preparation generate smaller coal powder, how is the comprehensive economy of the two aspect including the increment of electric consumption in operation and the corresponding decrease of exhaust of NOx. Finally get the feasibility on the power plant application. On the other hand, particularly research the reduction effect of a new type technique of the adjustive tangential circles bias combustion burner, and this technique's cost.
