| The development status of penstocks is introduced systemically, research fruits and outstanding predominance of steel liner-reinforced concrete penstocks for hydroelectric station are summarized at first.Along with the actualization of the strategy of developing the western region and the diversion of electricity from the western to the eastern regions, a series of huge or over-huge hydroelectric stations will be built in China, Some are over-huge water level such as Motuo hydroelectric station with 2421m's level ,which will be built on the Yaluzangbu jiang river. If the normal structure style with 3 m diameter is used , taking the safety factor of 2 into account, then the thickness of the monolayer liner will be about 240mm, which is much beyond the present skill level.Double steel liner-reinforced concrete penstocks is put forward in order to solve the former problem.That is to say,there are double steel liner and reinforced concrete between them.Therefore,no steel liner will be beyond the present skill level, reinforcing steel bar can take place of partial steel liner .The structure style's mechanical character and destroy mechanism are emphasized in the paper. |
