In now days , with the development of science, the new skill of the connect of DSP and MATLAB contributes greatly to the deal of real time data, the developer can deal with the CCS and the hard soft of DSP under the surround of MTALAB ,the topic of this article confirm us that we can use the channel RTDX to communicate the data between the host and the DSP, the host can not only read the data from the DSP without stopping of running of DSP, but also can control the running of the DSP, The DSP can receive the data from the host with the use of channel of RTDX ,after that the DSP can use the interrupt to deal with the data and sent the result of the dealing to the host, in one word ,they can communicate with each other in real time.Then from the synthesis capability of DSP, we take the high-powered C6701 DSP chip as the core of the system. We discuss the function and hardware resource of DSP in details in the dissertation, FFT transform are applied in the aspect of software design. In the article, the theory and the arithmetic of fast FFT are introduced, the operation of FFT on floating-point DSP chip is sufficiently analyzed and investigated in the paper, and related programming is accomplished.The hardware structure and main characteristic of TI TMS320C6701 are expounded in this article, it's CCS is also introduced in this dissertation. In the aspect of realization of system, signal processing are accomplished through locale instance data.The connect of the MATLAB and the DSP is a new skill, it play an important part in the applying and the development of DSP , as the signal is vibrating of rolling bearing so it will have magnitude significance to the promoting of our country's on-line diagnosis of railway malfunction technology. It carves out more research and application chances for malfunction diagnosis system, and it has wide application foreground.
