| The study of slope stability is an important aspect of geotechnical engineering; many scholars have studied profoundly the question and obtained much effective achievement. On theoretic aspect, the slope stability question on static load had matured gradually, many countries had produced corresponding criterion and use them in engineering practice. The soil nailing structure is applied widely because of several excellences, such as low cost, short time limit and better adaptability. How to determine the most dangerous slip crack plane and the minimum safety factor is a key question. The settle methods of this question need adjusting and checking computations again and again. So, a better arithmetic for this question is what scholars want to find.The study of slope stability under earthquake load has great complexity,in which the theory is not so mature now. The papers on the dynamic slope stability and its safety factor are very less. The quasi-static method based on limit equilibrium method is too simplified so that there will be too many errors. The methods to solve slope stability and slope stability with soil nailing structure are summarized in the paper. A model is suggested to solve Fs for slope stability with soil nailing structures based on the circle sliding surface supposition. The calculating procedure is explained. The most dangerous sliding surface and the corresponding minimum safety coefficient of slope stability with soil nail structure are searched by Empirical Genetic-Simplex Algorithm.The results obtained by Empirical Genetic-Simplex Algorithm are compared with the ones obtained by general Genetic Algorithm. The proposed method is also used in practice project; the corresponding calculation results are compared with the original design results. The most dangerous sliding surface and the corresponding minimum safety coefficient under earthquake are searched.
