| The paper is about the application of Genetic Algorithm(GA) in daylightning design in architecture. It first establishes the cone model of a single point measurement and the mathematical model shade of the rectangle construction, then gives the algorithm of the latter modal, which is called single point algorithm. Based on the single point measurement, to a south towards constuction being built and some windows of the original housing behind the new building, this paper works out the whole height of the new building with the largest cubage which is also the optimization on the condition that all the windows mentioned above satisfying the sunlight standard. Thus it can not only realize both land saving and scientific housing ,but also give the designer some guiding advices.To a construction being built with determinate groundsill, the paper first assumes it with enough height, then devides its back exterior into several shelter bars. There will be borderlines on the shelter bars corresponding to every window being measured. In the paper it takes the number of the window whose borderline is kept by the shelter bar as the gene of the chromosome. According to the flow chart of Genetic Algorithm, the paper can get the corresponding program in VC language. By obtainning the heights which the shelter bars should keep, the paper gains the height and the largest cubage of the whole building. Through the experiment people can see not only the better results but also the high running efficiency by Genetic Algorithm. |
