With the usage of high power, impulsion, and unlinear loads in iron and steel manufacturers, complexity of these manufacturers' power distribution network, and limitations of environment protection and production costs, power distribution systems of iron and steel manufacturers get working under the critical condition more and more. Then it makes the operation condition more unpredictable.And the safety and stabilization become important factors of iron and steel manufacturers' safe production. In recent years, the requirements of power economy and resource protection make the application of high voltage rectifier more and more common. The application of high-speed fully controllable power electronic transducer such as IGBT enhances the upper limit of harmonic disturbance in iron and steel power distribution network from 1250 Hz to about 5000 Hz. And this results the normal analyzed method and resolvent of harmonic can't answer to the requirements of power distribution systems operating safely and stably with high frequency harmonic. So to build new theory of harmonic analysis , especially model of simulink computation of high harmonic becomes the urgent affair to settle the safe and stable operation problems of those manufacturers.Through the analysis of abnormal high frequency harmonic of 10 kV HB bus bar distribution system in Baosteel(This paper agrees on the above wave of 2500 Hz to be called the abnormal harmonic), this paper summarizes the transverse (between point to point) and lengthways (between high voltage to low voltage) transmission characters and calculation methods of current and voltage of abnormal harmonic; points out the importance of capacitance parameter of electric cable in network impedance computation and Simulink computation; and sets up the calculation methods... |
