To realize accurate and fast test of coal is not only urgent problem to many big factories which are the main users of coal, but also a key factor to many industrial apparatus manufactories who want to make a foothold in the competition market. It results in the certain influence to the production of enterprises because the current test time of coal is very long, which is obtained from our studying to factories like as Xiang Tan Iron & Steel Group Company Ltd.,Power station,Shao Shan Nitrogen Fertilizer Factory, Xiang Xiang Alkali Factory, and so on. The following results are discovered by checking the domestic and international cultural heritage in large quantity. First, traditional coal test technique can guarantee the accuracy, but test time is long, such as thermogravimetry analysis. Second, the new methods still not mature in testing principle, and the test result is unsteady, big fluctuant, bad reliability, although test time is short, for example theγtechnology, red spectrum analysis, laser technology.For the sake of stability and accuracy of the test result, the apparatus for studying in this thesis applys thermogravimetry analysis which is widely used in analysis domain. In order to realize fast test, a simplification of test craft project is put forward, which is based on the national standard GB/ T212-2001. Dispense with the reducing temperature time, and measure the samples under higher temperature than the indoor temperature. The craft contrast experiment and analysis with handle of data show that simplification of test craft project can shorten test time by 70 mins. Data deviation of the system can be revised well by mathematics method. Then it can realize the fast test and accurate data.In order to increase efficiency of multi-sample test, a new design project of analytical apparatus on coal is put forward according to the coal pyrogenation characteristic and GB/ T 212-2001 standard. It has an integrative stove with twin heaters. Moisture test in under heater, ash test and volatile test in above heater. Then it can realize multi-sample test at the same time in whole process.In order to prove rationality of the design, an analysis model is established and the heater field is simulated by ANSYS software. The result shows that the design of this kind of stove is fit for multi-sample test. It can save much time, and realize consistent test environment. For instance, it can save 120 mins when processes 19 samples at a time.At last of the thesis, structure design of the analytical apparatus and craft process are expatiated, as well as software design, the data collection, date handling.The important of this thesis consists in which it puts forward a kind of efficiently process craft of coal simplification test and the instrument design project. The conclusions of the thesis give theories and design guide for manufacture of new fast coal analytical apparatus. It has good actual meaning.
