Scroll compressor is a new type compressor which is developed quickly recently, widely used in refrigeration and air conditioning industry. It has characteristics of high efficiency, consuming little energy, few parts, compact structure and working smoothly. The advanced development on the new kinds of scroll profile has become the research focus in the profile design. Used a new type scroll compressor of the combination profile in this paper, a scroll is constructed following this: the inner turn consists of the standard involute of circle, and the same to the outer turn. Then the middle turn is one of arc. At the connecting point, the scroll should satisfy continuity. Thus it can bring into play advantages of all kinds of profile. It can meet the demand of better multi-performance. Compared with the scroll compressor of traditional circle profile, it has the advantages of high efficiency, little leakage and high quotient of volume using. The research work is given as follows.A whole volume theory for the scroll chamber working process of new type combination profile compressor is set up. This paper analyzes the detailed rule of the each working volume With the changing of the scroll profile types , the different equation for the scroll chamber working process is inferred. The fundamentals for calculating the kinematics and property of scroll compressor are given.This paper utilizes the software Matlab to program the each working volume. It helps to analyze the volume change curve. At the same time, comparison with combination profile compressor and single circle compressor is presented, with the result that combination profile compressor has the advantages of high efficiency, little leakage and high quotient of volume using.The equation of the pressure of scroll chambers,the force of axis,the force of radial,the force of tangent,inertial force,the composition of forces and the inertial movement is given. A dynamic model of scroll compressor of combination profile is developed, based on the analysis of the movement of the moving parts.
