Along with the development of the computer science, the span and continuous length of continuous rigid frame bridge become more large-scale. And bridge body become more slender and elegancy due to the application of new material in bridge. But the single-cell large cantilever box has its complexity under the loading, and the construction of 3-D pre-stressing force is an complex technological process. So the single-cell large cantilever box has its key problem in the working situation cause by unconsidered design and construct.In this paper, the relation between distribution of boxes'stress and deformation and different tension sequence of 3-D pre-stressing force is researched use the Chongqing Shibanpo Changjiang River Double Line Bridge as background. The transverse internal force distribution in single-cell large cantilever box under the different loading is analyzed.In this paper, the mechanical model of segmental box girder was founded with finite element analysis software ANSYS base on test that achieve by Chongqing Jiao Tong University and is confirmed as the criterion model through amend and compare model with test. Segmental Box girder capability under working situation was analyzed base on the mechanical model of segmental box girder.Base on the mechanical model of segmental box girder,the study in this paper is focused on the following aspects:1)The distribution of deformation and stress in model under different tension sequence of 3-D pre-stressing force is analyzed and compared in and the tension sequence of tendon stretching is researched. Base on above analysis the paper drawn a conclusion that distribution of deformation and stress in model not change under different tension sequence of 3-D pre-stressing.2)The affect of deformation and stress in model under different longitudinal direction tension sequence is analyzed and compared and the best tension measure in longitudinal direction is found. The different longitudinal direction tension sequence is compared. This paper make an conclusion that the distribution of boxes'stress and deformation is very erratically when dissymmetry longitudinal direction tension, and symmetry longitudinal direction tension sequence is the preferred tension sequence.3)The segmental box girder transverse internal force under dead load and automobile load situation is analyzed and segmental box girder components under one...
