Based on related researches at home and broad, the excellent-performance prescription and techniques of ASPF was obtained through experiments, then the characteristic and mechanism of ASPF was analyzed and the synergistic effect between ASPF and naphthalene sulfonic acid-based superplasticizers was discussed. To use with other water-reducing agents and special aid components, the weakpoints that it is easy affected by the adding amount and it probably results in bleeding have been cracked. Then, the aminosulfonic acid-based pumping agent comes out. The production and application of ASPF and its pumping agent was also simply introduced. From the research the chief conclution below can be draw:(1)With the materials of phenol, formaldehyde, contrapositive amido phenylsulfonic, excellent ASPF can be synthesized through the proper technics parameter control of monomer proportion, the adding temperature and time of formaldehyde, the initial thickness of the synthesis system and reaction time.(2)The adsorption characteristic on the surface of cement particals can be attributed to the molecule structure of ASPF.Comparing with naphthalene sulfonic acid-based superplasticizer, the adsorpting impregnant film is thicker and the electric charge density approaches to each other and the system zete-potential maintains longer.The film has high energe, mechanism intension and good stability, which is better for flowage of the free water in the system.So the water reducing action of ASPF is mainly based static excludation force and space blocking effect.Then the macro-represent is high water-reducing rate,low slump-losing rate,yet increasing the trend of bleeding and segregation.(3) The experiment results of the performance of cement paste with ASPF+FDN compound superplasticisizer, fluidity, setting time, adsorption on the surface of cement particles, the system zeta-potential, concrete performance and so on indicated that the effect is good when ASPF used together with naphthalene sulfonic acid-based superplasticizers.When used together in the system,the adsorption competition happens.Comparing FDN,ASPF has more adsorption active points,so it will get the run upon in this competition and the result that a little ASPF can improve the fluidity of the paste obviously testified it directly.The presence of FDN in the film cause the change of the mechanism intensity and coarseness degree,so the bleeding status of cement paste...
