An innovational inorganic membrane dust remover was fabricated in this paper. The research work was positive and profitable in the theory of membrane science and in engineering for the manufacture of dust remover combination with membrane separation technology, and has huge reference value for the further research in this field.Used the method which unified chemical plating with the electroplating to realize the inorganic membrane ceramics tube superficial modification (to cause membrane ceramics tube superficial metallization), and take this as the foundation, in the atmosphere used the method which the manual oxyacetylene rock drill welded that has realized the copper-plating nickel ceramics metal membrane tube and the stainless steel seals meets, and has made the simple discussion on the mechanisms in this process.This work has grasped the essential technology which the inorganic membrane tube and the metal seals meets, then made the improvement to the original inorganic membrane experimental dust removal installment, and changed the power way. And with the Guizhou cement plant cooperation, in view of fired the workshop chamotte dust to carry on the government, the inspection has drawn up the related operation craft.This technics establish the foundation of skill for the industrialization.
