Based On The Time Series Analysis Of The Rolling Bearing's Fault Diagnosis

This thesis mainly studies to a few methods about the fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing, among them there are traditional and classic signal analysis method- the hour area analytical method and the frequency domain analytical method.Mainly introduced the signal of the modern analysis method- time sequence analysis method. Rolling bearing is the most familiar accessory hardware part in rotating machines; its movement appearance affects the whole function of the machine directly. This text with the fault diagnosis of the rolling bearing of the precise motorcycle, first, analyzed to rolling bearing's failure mechanism and vibration characteristic. The next in order, introduced the hour area analysis, some in common use methods within the frequency domain analytical method etc,and the method of pick-up the characteristics of the time sequence analysis. Rolling bearing's vibration signal has a strong background yawp , the different fault cause the different characteristic of vibration .Particularly the scathing fault, will not only cause the low frequency impact vibration, but also rise the high frequency inherence attenuation vibration of the bearing. The scathing fault frequency rose the different vibration of frequency, the different stage, different part, different appearances of the fault cause the different frequency of the bearing's inherence attenuation vibration. The hour area parameter monitors in common use with the judgment of the bearings whether there is a fault. The power spectrum analysis can with accurate examine a rolling bearing's structure and processing and assembling the error margin .Time sequence analysis can pass to build up the time sequence model, we can see the peak of the spectrum of the fault's clearly. Aim at the early fault of the rolling bearing, on the base of studying and comparing many kinds of the fault of rolling bearing , this text mainly introduced the time sequence analysis method-- A kind of modern method ,and introduce the advantages of the time sequence analysis in the signal handle area.
