Research On The Optimization System Of Missile Integration Design Based On RSM

With the development of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO), it is becoming a new method and idea used in integrated missile design. Because of the complexity of optimization problems in integrated missile design that limited the exercise of MDO, and MDO faced the challenge in calculation capability. So we adopt some approximation modeling method for reducing the complexity of optimization design and cut down the quantity of computation.Based on a thorough research of the approximation modeling theories and technologies, this paper systematically analyses how to use Response Surface Model (RSM) in calculation of optimization in integrated missile design, and provide approximation optimization scheme based on RSM, and then discuss the action of RSM in process of optimization. Finally, an approximation modeling tool in prototype of optimization system was implemented, and demonstrate the capacity of approximation optimization in this system using an application example.The major work and innovation of the dissertation can be concluded as following four aspects:â‘ We systematically study response surface models based on the approximation modeling method, and discuss the element which is important.â‘¡Analyses how to apply and manage RSM in integrated missile design, and design an approximation modeling tool.â‘¢Analyses the action and position of RSM in MDO arithmetic based on the research of the RSM that how to construct it and how to use it substitute complexity models.â‘£Based on the theories above, considering requirements of practical problems of integrated missile optimization design, a prototype of approximation optimization system is designed and implemented. The application in practices has proved that the optimization system has capacity of approximation optimization.
