With the developing toward high-speed, heavy load and light mass, especiallywith the demand to decrease vibration and noise, the issues relating to nonlineargear dynamics have brought a great concern to internal and overseas scholars. Thetime-varying mesh stiffness,transmission error, and backlash existing in gear driveslead to the decrease of reliability of gear transmission system. Based on the sensitivity theory and gear dynamics theory, because theproblems to calculate the gear system dynamics sensitivity are present focuses,which has still brought a great concern to internal and overseas scholars, so todiscuss further these problems have important theory value and project practicesignificance. This dissertation synthetically depicts internal and overseas actuality anddevelopment about the calculation method and research of gear drive dynamics andsensitivity, and according to this, builds mathematics model at the beginning ofanalyzing the randomized response and degree of sensitivity of 3DOF nonlineargear system by programming and common probability perturbation finite elementmethod using to analyze the drive system randomized response, solve thecalculation problem of gear dynamics parameters sensitivity, do the emulate of themovement process of gear drive. Main research content contains: (1)Build the 3DOF model of gear drive system by aggregation mass way,solve the mathematics model by Runge-kutta numerical integrating method,compute order of 3DOF nonlinear gear drive dynamics, and make relevant curve ofoutput. (2)Compute seven factors affecting degree of sensitivity of gear drive system,analyze parameters affecting the system, come to a conclusion: if the change ofdamping coefficient effects system too much, the stiffness will effect system less.This conclusion make good foundation for size design and choice of material ofgear, and research of gear vibration,attack and noise in the future.(3)Afford periods response of transient state and stable state, periodsresponse of stable state generally changes periodically, while variation range ofperiods response of transient state at the beginning and end is wide, so it should bemade much of in the design process(4)Build the parameterized model of gear drive system, do the emulate by thesoftware ADAMS, make vibration curve of output according to the change ofdamping coefficient and stiffness coefficient, make a conclusion: changingdamping coefficient properly can control system vibration better, which is similarwith the conclusion of computing mathematics model by Runge-Kutta numericalintegrating method.
