This paper presents a development of informational management system for the overhaul and prevent test of substation device. As one of important taches in the running and maintaining of the power system device, the overhaul and prevent test of substation device is one of the efficiency measures to ensure the power system safe. This system is developed by the Visual Basic language and Access data-base which is a relational data-base, and it is designed by the way of Object Oriented The system of informational management for the overhaul and prevent of substation device is based on relation database structure design. The system The system consists of data input, data out put and create report forms. Its practical operation not only improves working scheming in substations device test, but also makes a satisfactory contribution to increase management level of prevent test for electric power device management.
