Compared to Normal Strength Concrete, High Performance Concrete (HPC) is a scientific breakthrough in concrete techniques. HPC is a new type material for environmental protection and energy conservation. Its appearance is a new milestone during the development course of concrete. The 21 st Century is an era of HPC. Properties. In the paper, the experiments have been conducted to study the HPC mechanics properties. The results of experiments show that : the fly ash HPC early compressive strength (7 days) low, late compressive strength growth larger. The study of HPC mechanics properties and durability has been done through the frozen and melt test ,and extensive information and documentation. The results show : the fly ash HPC applications to large-span unbonded prestressed floorslab structures is feasible, can use the current "norms" to design.Equivalent load method, loading balancing method and the current design methods of unbonded prestressed floorslab structures are analyzed. The design method of unbonded prestressed hollow floorslab structures is projected, and applied to a engineering example. Finally, this article on the ordinary concrete floorslab, and unbonded prestressed floorslab, and unbonded prestressed hollow floorslab, a single, two by two-way capability, four different span of 24 pieces plates are made to dispose steel, and their comparison and analysis are done. Results show: unbonded prestressed floorslab and unbonded prestressed hollow floorslab used in large-span structure is more economic and reasonable.
