The medicine industry is an important industrial department ofthe country social economy development.It is the pillar industry thatrelates the national economy and the people's livelihood. The drugsquality relates people's health and the safety directly, besides directreflection in drug efficacy and security, but also displays in the drugsstability and the uniformity. In order to guarantee the drugs quality,besides must obey the legal standard of the related formula in thepharmacopoeia , but also carry on the production in the stipulationenvironment , but the production environment is a dynamic concept, itis the combined result of each measure action of environment control.Air conditioning purification system design and the movement, themaintenance hold the important status in Pharmaceutical plant.The development of bio-clean rooms goes together with thedevelopment of high tech. Take chest surgeries, heart transplants, brainsurgeries and other good-sized operations for example, an environmentwith high standard of lustration and asepsis is required to ensure thesafety during the operation process as well as to avoid infectionafterwards, thus improving the possibility of success. With thedevelopment of gene project, a highly clean environment is alsorequired when doing gene transplants among cells. The same highlyclean environment is a necessity in both the distillation of somebacteria and in pharmacy.Generally speaking, the main task of decontamination inpharmacy is to deduct the thickness of pollutant particles in the air ofworkshops to below the allowable quantity. What's more, some of theorganic granules in the atmosphere such as animalcule, plant farina,catkin and floss are the main object that the design and operation of airconditioning decontamination system in pharmacy industry lay mostemphasis on.In order to keep to the air lustration requirement of clean roomsfor both production and other utilities, some compositive measuresneed to be taken including:(1)Use methods and equipment with low discharge of pollutants;or use necessary measures of segregation and negative pressure toprevent the expansion of pollutants during the production process tothe circumambience.(2)Use indoor decoration materials and furniture which produceless dust and are animalcule-proof.(3)To reduce the pollutants produced by materials andstaff entering the room(4)Keep the pressure difference between the producingroom and the neighboring rooms in order that the air with pollutantsfrom the neighboring rooms steal into the room through windows,doors or other slots and gaps.Besides the measures above, enough treated clean air should befed to the room, substituting or diluting the original air with pollutantsproduced in the process in order to keep the lustration of the air in theclean room.This thesis summarizes the design features of the air conditioningdecontamination system in pharmacy clean workshops;explains indetails the standards mentioned in the GMP in China on lustrationdegree of clean rooms;discusses the confirmation of times for airexchange, the controlling of the temperature and humidity, indoorpressure, air flow direction and framework of air stream. The authorput forward suggestion and ideas on the air filter, air treatmentequipment, principle of formation and division of air conditioningsystem in the air conditioning decontamination system. In addition, itdiscusses the problems appearing in the design of air conditioningdecontamination system in pharmacy industry.Through the analysis of design of air conditioningdecontamination in bio-lustration rooms, this thesis presents some bestparameters and methods which can be used in practical designs.Taking the design of the air conditioning decontamination system in acapsule workshop in a medicine factory as an example, the thesisintroduces the parameters in both indoor and outdoor air-conditioningdesign, air conditioning equipment, formation and division of thesystem, providing some drafts and validates the results mentionedabove.The design of air conditioning system in pharmacy factory is alarge project. The design methods are different for different productiontechniques. A lot of problems are still to be discussed and studied suchas management, energy economization and noise reduction in theoperation of the air conditioning system.Some evidence are provided to prove the theories and designmethods of the air conditioning decontamination system after thediscussion and study of this subject. It will do good to better controlthe production environment of medicines and promote the use of airlustration technology in bio-clean rooms in pharmacy factories, thusbetter serving the national economy.
