With the rapid development of China's traffic, more and more long-span bridges are needed to span wide rivers and straits. More long-span, more difficult in construction. The bridge construction control is an essential measure and step to ensure that the quality and safety are obtained during bridge construction, also to ensure that the final structural state is in agreement with what the designer requires.Because of the complicated construction procedure of the long-span arch bridges, the arch bridges will be affected by many certain or uncertain parameters. The actual construction state of the bridges might deviate from the state of theoretical design. Therefore, the bridge construction control emphasizes the problem-finding out and error-adjusting in time, and state-predicting for following construction, so as to guarantee the construction system under control all the time.This paper introduced briefly the construction control technologies and systems for long-span arch bridges. On the background of scientific research of the long-span arch bridge-Pubugou arch bridge: an analysis theory, a grey system theory and construction control theory are presented. This paper discussed several methods of the bridge construction control, and analyzed the construction control system establishment in this foundation. The article discussed the method as well as the test error source which appeared in the long-span arch bridge construction process geometry monitoring, the stress monitoring and tension monitoring. It analyzed the main content of construction control and discussed the theory and method of the structure analysis of the long-span arch bridge construction control. Analyze the static feature of the Pubugou bridge structure in the construction process with the finite element procedure- software ANSYS, has obtained the good effect.In this paper, it analyzed the reason of the error in the long-span arch bridge construction control. The method of grey system theory is introduced into the long-span arch bridge construction control. The error of the construction process is analyzed with the method, and the forecast list of the prearranged height is adjusted according to the analysis, which would be useful to the long-span arch bridge construction control.
