This paper analyse train dynamic stress, stress diffusing caused by ground reinforced, pipe internal force and distributed steel, shield tunnel portrait reinforced range and reinforced project, through tunnel construction period and long-period running consider synthetically effect between nan-xin loop line travel and underground train each other. In order to reduce dynamic load of nan-xin loop line train travel through reinforcing ground around shield. Increasing ground resisting force can reduce pipe internal force, control distortion and confirm safe.Through investigating the distributing rule of train dynamic tress in ground we can find more wheeltrack will lead more roadbed dynamic stress, more gross rail load on axle will lead more dynamic stress, more speed will lead more dynamic stress. When no construction under track train dynamic stress will finish the most attenuation seven or eight metre under ground, on the contrary train dynamic stress will increase rapidly reaching top of construction either construction period or use period. So measure must be taken to reduce infection of train dynamic stress to shield tunnel, reduce shield pipe deformation by external cause, increase anti-deformation ability by internal cause through reinforcing intensity and rigidity of pipe.Through analysis, reinforcing completely the ground around tunnel can reduce effectively infection of train dynamic stress to shield tunnel, pipe libration acceleration, and pipe liberation intensity, so this can reduce pipe distributed steel amount. On the same time, spin-spray peg be applied in order to restrict reinforcing serous fluid diffusing, confirm reinforcing effect, separate the front ground pressure while shield advance, control deformation effectively. On internal cause, taking good block-crack, anti-fatigue, anti-impactive steel-fibre concrete pipe can confirm security of the construction and reduce distributed steel. |
