This dissertation mainly discusses the geometry control during cantilever erection of PC cable-stayed bridges. The main contents are as follows:1. Geometry controlling methods during erection brought forward by Ge Yao Jun in the paper of Analysis and Control of Segmental Construction Bridges and zero-initial-displacement method brought forward by Li Qiao and Tang Liang from Southwest JiaoTong University are introduced.2. The application of tangent-initial-displacement method in solving fabrication geometry is introduced. The relationships between zero-initial-displacement method and tangent-initial-displacement method are discussed and verified in allusion to cantilever structures with the finite element software ANSYS.3. The application of zero-initial-displacement method and tangent-initial-displacement method in solving fabrication geometry of cable-stayed bridges is studied with the bridge analysis software BSAS.4. Geometry control during fabrication is studied and detailed geometry control method during fabrication process of beam segments is presented.5. The influence of shrinkage, creep and temperature change on main beam geometry is studied.The study hereinbefore provides certain reference on geometry control method of the main beam of PC cable-stayed bridges erected by cantilever method.
