The durability problem of reinforced concrete structure is more and more out -standing and is value by people more and more. And the consideration about durability of concrete structures has become very urgent currently. In numerous reasons of the creation of impairment, destruction early by reinforcement corrosion is the most outstanding disaster of the structure. To the general atmosphere environment, durability of the concrete structure impairment mainly is the carbonization and the reinforcement corrosion problem of the concrete. Therefore study on the carbonization and the reinforcement corrosion problem are focal points in the thesis. As a new type of complex material that taking concrete as a basal body, the steel-fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) has good physical and mechanical property.By improving and intensifying the function of the concrete, it is the innovation of the traditional meaning concrete material. Ever since the appearing of the SFRC, the study on its durability is little.Through series of carbonization experiments of SFRC and combining domestic and international research results currently, the reinforced mechanism of the steel fiber is studied ,and the effects of the volume fraction of steel fiber ,the grade of concrete intensity ,carbonization time on the basic mechanic property and carbonization depth are analyzed. And two experiment empirical formulas about carbonization depth have been put forward. Through the reinforcement corrosion experiments of SFRC, the different time of creak-appearing for concrete cover is compared, and the finite element analyzing model for concrete cover creaking is created, and the effects of the thickness of concrete cover and the volume fraction of steel fiber are analyzed. By carbonization and reinforcement corrosion experiments of SFRC, the improvement to concrete durability of the steel fiber is analyzed. These works can provide experimental and theoretical basis to designing durability of the SFRC, and can promote the expansion and the application in engineering of SFRC technology.
