According to the fast development of industry automation, the new requests are raised for different type of electric drive system.They include the increasement of reliability and reduction of consumption of electrical energy to satisfy the requirement of industry control process. Because the AC frequency conversion timing system has high control performance and high efficiency, it is used widely ,and that frequency conversion timing is one of the most ideal and future approaches. Utilizing vector control technique, the torque current and the flux current are decoupled respectively, so that the torque and the flux can be controlled as the direct current motor. However , the induction motor drive system is a nonlinear and uncertain system ,in case the uncertainties of the model exceed that limit range of the optimized robust control ,the control system may become unstable ,so it cannot satisfy the request of the induction motor. At the same time , the parameters of the induction motor vary usually with the different operator condition .In order to obtain the excellent performance, it is necessary to adjust the parameters of the controller on line .the high adaptiveness and resilience is very important for the speed, load torque, the control strategy of the induction motor. Since 1990, many advanced and efficient control approaches have been come up with by people, such an adaptive control, robust control, intelligent control, prediction control. Still there are some defects with these control approaches.This paper aims at the requests of fast control and high anti-jamming of theinduction , it presents an approach to research and development the fuzzy predictive control method based on the fuzzy control and the predictive control.The results of the research indicate that the control strategy and approach which is presented in this paper is valuable, the control method increases the speediness and buildup the robust of the induction motor drive system.
