One section of An-hui Sheng Da International Trade Center's deep foundation pit cast-in-place concrete pile retaining system and soil nail retaining system have been investigated. step-by-step excavation models of cast-in-place concrete pile retaining system (considered as continuous wall)and soil nail retaining system are separately established by means of Lagrangian Analysis of Continuum in 3 Dimensions, step-by-step excavation deformation are separately simulated in consi -der of construction sequence and underground water etc. Foundation pit lateral deformation and settlement are obviously controlled with increase of pre-stress anchor based on cast-in-place concrete pile retaining system step-by-step excavation simulation. Soil nail retaining system's control ability to foundation pit lateral deformation decreased with increase of excavation depth, and ground surface settlement not obviously effected are obtained through soil nail retaining system step-by -step excavation simulation. Slope toe should be attached impor tance to in foundation pit design and construction for safety on account of larger displacement engendered at foundation pit toe. The max soil nail retaining system foundation pit lateral deformation emerged at the center location vertically, min-displacement emerged at top and bottom are obtained through deflection inclinometer simulation, thus the theory of max-displacement emerged at top is limited. Analogy results that take account in some error basically coincide with reality measure results, that simulation accorded with reality is illustrated.
