| The spinning frame is the extremely important equipment within the textile spinning process. At the same time, it is also one of the equipments that consume much energy resources. Therefore, it is definitely meaningful and beneficial to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of energy saving system of spinning frame.The most obvious characteristics of this research is that DC brushless motor works as the main motor, taking the place of the tradition model of AC motor plus speed regulation via frequency conversion. DC brushless motor can not only fulfill all functions implemented by the traditional frequency converter, but also save much more energy than the traditional one does before. Nowadays, DC brushless motor has been widely used in the textile industry, due to its advantages such as: simple structure, high efficiency, low noise, high power density, large starting torque, long life period and so on.This paper mainly explores the design of DC brushless controller in the spinning frame, focusing on the process of electrical control. The main purpose is to illustrate the solution and technology advantages of DC brushless controller, in account of rotational speed control and phasing rotation control function. It also introduces: 1 .the hardware design of rotor-position sensor and its detecting circuit;2. the utilization of PWM technology;3.the design of IGBT reverse conversion unit;4. the design of series-communication interfaces;5.the design of control system, in which the DSP of TMS320 family is utilized as the core controller.Furthermore, this paper elaborates the controlling mode of DC brushless controller by the PLC: controlling the DC brushless motor by asynchronous series communication, detecting, comparing and installing the spindle speed, revising the output from this controller, realizing the closed-loop speed regulation. |
