Development Of Voltage Index Management System Based On WAN

The timely, reliable index information in power systems can assist thedecision-maker of power enterprises to analyze and reasoning the activities and aimsof future manufactering and managing. Currently, there are no such informationsystems that can unify each index to manage together. Some separated voltagemanagement systems or line loss management systems are hardly on the basis of"WAN(wide area network)" design, and therefore fails to provide a comprehensiveexplanation of production management or other existing problems, nor can it show theadvantage of network administration. Aimed at the problems mentioned above, thispaper puts forward the thought of designing voltage index management system basedon WAN, and then finishes the design of voltage management system. This paperdesigns software architecture and application database, analyzes how to implementdata-integration on WAN by workflow techniques. The developed voltagemanagement information system satisfies the requirement of openness anddata-integration automatically, improves the efficiency of data processing greatly.
