As one kind of complex equipment coupling mechanics and electronics technologies,turntable plays an important role in hardware-in-loop simulation, and a high-quality simulator is critical in developing a high-performance aircraft. Turntable is also a common experimental equipment in mechanical & electronic laboratory.Firstly, based on a two-dimensional numerical control turntable product by googol company, a precise mathematic model of the turntable is established by langrage equation. The traditional PID control is studied and a simulation is made. Secondly, because PID parameter is difficult to regulate, neural network is introduced to finding PID parameter optimally. Then a PID-NN controller is designed. A contrast is made on two simulations which prove that the turntable with PID-NN controller shows good track performance and capacity against the load disturbance, high robust.Finally, trajectory tracking control of a two-dimensional numerical turntable is made and line, circle, any curves tracking control is made. And the validity of PID-NN controlling algorithm based on BP is verified. |
