Abstract/Summary:
At the present time lithium-iron disulfide battery as a new-style lithium batteryhas been drawn close attention because of their high-energy. It's electrolyte is liquidas liquid state lithium batteries. Lithium-iron disulfide battery has many excellentcharacteristics including light weight,high energy and high heavy-current capacity.In the article,the treation technics of anode material was studied and the structureof anode material before and after treation was analyzed.In order to makeunderstantion of anode material,the structure and electrochemical performance ofFeS2 with different crystal and form.According to the research ,the electrochemicalperformance of FeS2 was improved after treation.Then the variety in cathode materialwas analyzed before and after discharge.The manufacture technics of Li/FeS2 battery was designed.The influence onbattery performance of cathode manufacturing technics was studyed. According to theanalysis of batteries made by different cathode manufacturing technics,the merit andshortcoming of different cathode manufacturing technics were investigated.The technical difficulties which were found in the technics research.Theemphases of research were the influence of conduct electricity and the electrolyte onLi/FeS2 battery performance.The relations between the battery capacity and inner resistance with the additiveamount of electrolyte were studied. The distributing of battery capacity of differentadditive amount was investigated. On the basis of these, the best electrolyte content isconfirmed.The performance of AA type Li/FeS2 battery was detected. The performance ofAA type Li/FeS2 battery was studyed under different discharge condition.Theelectrochemical performance and the safety performance of the batteries wereexamined and valuded.The test results were eligible.
