The gas engine driven heat pump (GEHP) is a high efficiency, energy saving,economy and environment protection equipment that can provide heating in winterand cooling in summer, which uses nature gas engine as source of power, and makesfully use of waste heat of engine and industry, and environment energies of lowquality. This paper mainly researches into realizing hardware, programming partly,and analyzing control strategy of GEHP control system base on PLC. To sayconcretely, the main contents that are included in this paper are as follows:To analyze components and work principals of GEHP and control system, andbring up the structure of control programmer base on previously research. Accordingto control demands the paper develops the hardware of GEHP base on PLC, andtheoretically simulated and validated by experiment for components of hardware. Theexperiment proved that the hardware of control system works well and precision ishigher than we expected. In order to profoundly understand work performances andaccumulate experience for debugging ladder programmer, the paper experimentallyresearches on GEHP by utilizing control system that had been developed. The stepresponse diagram of the outlet water of heat exchanger (evaporator and condenser)was measured by conducting experiments, and dynamic model of GEHP wasestablished by systemic differentiation modeling, which provides theoretical referencefor the simulation and adjustment of control system. In view of practicality situationof water-to-water GEHP that this subject has researched, the paper put forwardthree-control arithmetic that includes PID, fuzzy and fuzzy-PID, and respectivelysimulated them. The conclusions, fuzzy-PID arithmetic has strong points that percentovershot is small, response time is little and input frequency of step motor is low, arearrived at after simulation finished, the control arithmetic is fit for the GEHP.This paper conducted a comprehensively experimental and theoretical investigationinto control system of GEHP, and hope that the theories and methods in the paper canoffer references for subsequent investigation.
