Deep foundation pit excavation project becomes more and more with middle-high-rise and ultrahigh layer buildings emerging in large quantities. At the same time, the denseness of buildings and the environmental underground facility of big depth foundation pit is complex. All these cause the question of the deep foundation pit supporting of buildings to be increasingly important. According to the above the preliminary exploration combining with the actual project has been made in this article. The principle of the deep foundation pit supporting, the classification and suitable conditions of the supporting structure and the technical process of the excavation and supporting of the deep foundation pit are elaborated systematically in this paper. It also discusses the earth pressure theory, especially the theory of displacement earth pressure model , the form course and distribution and size of earth pressure . Calculation and design principle of the deep foundation pit supporting structure, especially its destroy form and stability calculation , the calculation of the earth deform around deep foundation pit, the design of supporting structure is discussed in this paper.Finally, taking the deep foundation pit of Tianjin Fan Hua mansion project as a specifically project example, the research proposes the adopted scheme of deep foundation pit supporting project, and carries on the stability checking computation of deep foundation pit and the design of supporting structure;the technological process of the structural construction, precipitation and excavation of the deep foundation pit surround supporting is represented in detail. The result indicates the project quality achieves the requirement.
