| To achieve the aim of economical run, an economical energy system by controlling the power factor (PF) is designed after analyzing the relationship between PF, the angular frequency ?ω and the parameters of the induction motor on the basis of the motor's multiple variable mathematic models. So it is a PF close loop control system based on VVVF(variable voltage, variable frequency). The software MATLAB/SIMULINK is used in the thesis to illuminate the practicability of the system. And TMS320LF2407 is used as the kernel control chip to make the system effect quickly. In addition, a high effective module IPM (intelligent power module) is used to make up the experiment's main loop and control loop to validate the system's effect on saving energy. The experiment results show this system has an obvious economization on energy while the motor runs under the load. This thesis offers a theory to run the induction motor economically, and is a reference in practice. |
