Combining with the project of 2#,3#110ton Lade Furnace(LF) of Tianjin Iron & steel CO. LTD, the electrode positioning intelligent controller of three-phase AC LF is researched and developed in this paper. First, the major loop's circuit model of the electrode positioning control system is constructed after in-depth analysis on the characteristic of composition and structure of three-phase LF system, and then the soft hardware hybrid simulation platform is built which based on industrial computer, data acquisition board and hardware circuit. Considering the three-phase LF is a strong nonlinear system with the characteristic of three-phase unbalance, strong coupling, time lag, time variation, the demand of practical engineering and complex circumstance, this paper made a simulation research on multiple intelligent control arithmetic through hybrid simulation platform by programming the control arithmetic. The multiple intelligent control arithmetic included online feed forward composite control which based on Cerebella Model Articulation Controller(CMAC), Radial Basic Function(RBF) artificial neuronal network combined with PID controller, and the artificial neuronal network online control based on postposition decoupling network in series with PID controller. The result proves the validity both of programming and arithmetic and the practicality utility value. Although the control schemes researched in this paper have been used in other control field, the report of the electrode positioning control domain hasn't been seen.
