This paper is focused on the experiments on three new types of alloy steels of the automobile gear. Analyses the component of automobile drives bridge carburized gear new material and a series of experiments have been carried out on different technology conditions. These experiments are all about the preparatory heat treatment and the carburizing heat treatment technology. Based on the abnormal structure and properties of the three materials, a reasonable preparatory heat treatment plan-—isothermal-annealing is presented in this paper. Through the experiments of carburizing and heat treatment of the new material, this paper investigates the microstructure, micro-hardness and the properties after heat treatment of the carburized layer . This paper makes a comparison about superiorities and differences of 20CrNi2Mo, 17CrNiMo6, and 22CrMo by analyzing the structure, properties, carburizing speed, quenching hardening and quenching degree of this three new types carburized steels. The research provides essential foundation on experiment and theory for the development and application of the new automobile gear material. |
