The text discuss these popular performance-based fire approach in international base on the shortage of actual architecture fireproofing, introduce its characteristic, process and the direction of developing, and detailed specify its theory。 Moreover, on the basis of analyzing the existing safety evacuation models in and out of China and their shortage, establish the more reasonable safety evacuation prediction model, combining the fire character of high-rise buildings and the behavior character of evacuees, the author presents a more reasonable calculating method to count evacuation time in building fires, the calculating time of safety evacuees in high-rise buildings is more accurate.1. According to the network principle, the author presents a new method for compartmentalizing every space node during the evacuation routes, then, establishes the more reasonable mathematical model for forecasting evacuation time. The author also presents a special method that is called maximal distance to count evacuation time。 Moreover, for multi-exits, evacuees select a exit based on game theory。2. Considering different psychologies of evacuees in the firing floor and the non-firing floors and saving the information quantities that computer is counted。 The author describes respectively evacuees states based on firing floor and non-firing floors, that is to say, at one time"ΔT", evacuees locations are counted with X and Y coordinate in the firing floor, and evacuees locations are counted with the distance to the existing in the non-firing floors.3. Considering everyone evacuation speed is influenced by the persons densities in building spaces, the model count each evacuee walking speed by using persons density in every node。 Furthermore the different type nodes adopt the different speed formula。4. When building is caught fire, not all evacuees are evacuated at the same time, so evacuees may evacuate according to the different areas.5. The author works out software to calculate the time of evacuation movement. The software has several convenient characteristics such as visual operation, interactive mode, dynamic inquiry, etc.This article not only provides scientific and rational methods for appraisement of fire safety to fire protection engineer, but also offers a reliable reference to design building。...
