Research On Urban Village Based On Spatial Analysis

"Urban village" is an important problem in Chinese urban constructions . This article holds the spatial analysis as an entrance , with the case of Jianghan district in Wuhan city, trys to discuss the spatial character of urban villages and their influences to urban space. And based on that, the author wants to give some advice on urban villages' spatial rebuild.Chapter 1, by the literature review, the author understands the researches on urban village, including the stage, the actuality and the point. Then the author points out the absence of current researches.Chapter 2, the author begins to discuss urban villages' spatial transformation with the research of urban history, then analyzes the factors form outer space and inner, and educes a cognition on urban village.Chapter 3, the author imports the theory of "the image of the city", discusses urban villages' spatial character by the analysis of the path, the edge, the district, the node and the landmark, then draws a conclusion. Then discusses the living spatial character by analyzing the house character and the habitation.Chapter 2, the author discusses urban villages' influences to urban space, with the paths of urban texture and urban contextFinally, the author points out the purport and the goals of urban villages' spatial rebuild, and some advices with samples.
