Nowadays, technology and economy in every walks of life, every trade is changing with each passing day, road net buildings of city infrastructure play very important role in China, city track traffic system building, which is centered with metros, is developing unprecedentedly. Under this engineering background, many new problems come into being and are needed to be solved urgently, "Approaching excavation" is one of those problems which can not be neglected. Anew engineering which will be excavated near an existing structure, may has bad effect on the existing one this phenomenon is called "Approaching engineer" , and the Construction of the "Approaching engineer'" is named "Approaching Construction".In the approaching construction of the most underground engineering the construction of two neighboring parallel tunnels is of the normal and basic approaching type within the development of the underground space in city. This article, taking the control technology research project of three parallel shield tunnels of R413 bid segment of the 9th route of Shanghai track traffic as example, puts emphasis on the study of mechanics action and partition of approaching construction of two most basic neighboring parallel shield tunnels. To start with, the correlative theory is introduced in this article, which is about approaching construction of two parallel shield tunnels and simulation technology. Studying the judgement rule and the applicability of approaching construction so as to fix the two basic principles studied in this article, then, in accordance with different factors, such as burying depth, geologic conditions, space relation, distance, etc, the relations between the two parallel shield tunnels are classified and the basic work conditions for analysis are confirmed. Then the plane-finite construction simulations under 100 kinds of work conditions are made in the usage of the technologies of ANSYS to work out flow, birth and death element method and stress release technology, in the end, the structure stress principle and earth surface displacement principle are applied to analyze the results under various conditions. As the result, the various type of Partition of Impacts of the mechanics mechanism of approaching construction of two parallel shield tunnels under different conditions and different principles, and then the partition graphs are protracted.
