From the development of fabricated lining at home and abroad, it is mainly used in shield tunnel and scarcely used in tunnels with mining method. But in our country, Railway tunnel is mostly constructed with mining method. And then, using prefabricated component not only improves the quality of engineering and accelerates the construction, but also reduces the cost and improves the environment of construction. At the same time, this is the necessary trend of the industrialization of tunneling. So the fabricated lining will have a very bright future in application. It is necessary to research the mechanical characteristic of the fabricated Railway tunnel constructed with mining method.Based on the common computing models for tunnel structures, using the FEM numerical simulation method analyzes the mechanical characteristic of the fabricated Railway tunnel. The thesis studies the contents as follows:(1) Based on the experiences of tunnel design and the previous results, the "load-structure Method" and "surrounding rock- structure Method" adapting to the fabricated Railway tunnel constructed with mining method are proposed.(2) According to optimizing the standard drawing of single-track Railway tunnel, the optimized section shape of the fabricated Railway tunnel is found.(3) According to the rule of component partition, that is synthetically analyzing the factors that is consist of the mechanical characteristic of structure and the feasibility of the fabrication and installation of the components, then 5 kinds of schemes are brought forward. By comparing, the best scheme is found.(4) Using the numerical simulation with "load-structure Method", the influence on the mechanical characteristic is analyzed when the parameters of surrounding rock and structure are changed. And the spatial effect of the fabricated Railway tunnel is researched when the lining assembling plans with staggered joint method.(5) According to the character of mining method and the special structure of fabricated lining for Railway tunnel constructed with mining method, the dynamic construction state is modeled by FEM. The numerical results indicate that the first-lining has an obvious influence on interior force of fabricated lining and the surrounding rock; interior force of fabricated lining increases andplastic zone of the surrounding rock decreases with the pouring stress increasing at the construction stage, but the pouring stress increasing has a little influence on interior force of fabricated lining at the finish stage.Finally, the main conclusions, the problems and the technical innovations have been introduced and some opinions have been proposed in the paper.
