| An intelligent electrical transducer based on the tendency of meter towards intelligentizing and networking is researched in order to measuring electric quantities. A performance data acquisition chip 80C196 is used as the core part of data processing, and the 80C32 and SPC3 is used as PROFIBUS-DP slave station. The meter has not only the characters of intelligent but also can transfer data quickly through PROFIBUS.A new type measurement of Intelligent electrical transducer has been introduced in this paper. The research on the mathematic model of the calculating of the parameter of electric, which has harmonic, has been presented in the paper. The principle of FFT algorithm and the application of the FFT in 80C196 have been introduced in this paper. In this thesis, some theories about field bus and the construction of intelligent meter are described. And it focuses on discussing the design and development of hardware and software. In the aspect of hardware, questions ranging form how to choose apparatus components to how to design the function modules are discussed; In aspect of software, the development and debug of 80C196 and 80C32 are mainly discussed. The programs, such as data acquisition, data process, data display, field communication etc, are designed according to the function module. The thesis mainly introduces the systemic design method of field interface with SPC3.ASIC-SPC3 is used in the communication function and integrated with al the PROFIBUS-DP protocol. Data-process and initialing of SPC3 are finished in the MCU 80C32. We can get the result of the experimentation and simulated data. Testified by experiment, this meter has high performance-price ratio, easy to use and can be used widely. |
